This Privacy Policy explains how Nisix Solutions
("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information
when you use the Quietly mobile application and
related services (collectively, the "Service").
This version is tailored to Quietly, including Google sign-in,
email/password accounts, saved focus timers, ambient sound choices,
completed-session history, onboarding state, and account deletion.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect the following
categories of information:
Account and identity information: your name, email
address, profile image, authentication provider, provider
identifier, email verification status, account status, onboarding
status, and last login time.
Authentication information: password hashes for
email/password accounts, one-time verification or password reset
records, and access tokens used to keep you signed in. We do not
store your plain-text password.
Timer and session information: timer names,
durations, client timer identifiers, selected ambient sound,
notification preference for a timer, timer creation and update
times, completed session identifiers, started and completed times,
and completion summaries.
Technical and usage information: device and app
details, operating system information, request metadata, IP address
data used for security and rate limiting, log data, and diagnostic
information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Communications: information you send when you
contact us for support, account help, privacy requests, or other
questions.
Locally stored information: authentication tokens
stored on your device and app settings needed to run Quietly.
What we currently do not request
As of the last updated date above, Quietly does not request direct
access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts, precise
location, health data, calendars, or payment card details in the
backend implementation reviewed for this policy.
2) How we use information
We use personal information to:
Provide and operate the Service, including sign-in,
account access, email verification, password reset, saved timers,
ambient sound selection, timer sync, completion history, and
onboarding.
Personalize and sync your experience by saving the
timers, sounds, notification preferences, and completion records you
choose to use with your account.
Maintain security and prevent abuse, including
verifying accounts, preventing unauthorized access, rate limiting,
debugging operational issues, and protecting the Service.
Communicate with you about account verification,
password resets, service updates, issues, important notices, and
support requests.
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our
terms, policies, and legitimate business interests.
3) Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, we
generally rely on one or more of the following:
Performance of a contract: to provide the Service
you request.
Legitimate interests: to maintain, secure, improve,
and support the Service.
Consent: where you voluntarily provide certain

4) How we share information

Authentication providers: for example, Google, to
support sign-in and account authentication when you choose Google
Sign-In.
Email providers: to send account confirmation,
password reset, and important account-related messages.
Infrastructure and backend providers: where needed
to host, operate, secure, and maintain the Service and its database.
Mobile platform services and app stores: where
needed to distribute the App, operate platform features, or comply
with platform requirements.
Audio asset hosting providers: when the App loads
ambient sound files from externally hosted URLs.
Legal and safety disclosures: if required by law,
regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, security,
and prevent fraud or abuse.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger,
acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject
to applicable confidentiality and notice requirements.
Third-party policies
Third-party services process information under their own terms and
privacy policies. We encourage you to review the relevant policies for
Google Sign-In, your mobile platform provider, any app store you use,
and any infrastructure or audio hosting services used by the Service.
5) Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to
provide the Service, maintain your account, sync your timers and
completion history, respond to support requests, comply with legal
obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention
periods may vary depending on the category of data and the purpose for
which it was collected.
When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify account data
from active systems where reasonably possible, subject to limited
retention for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or legitimate
business purposes.
6) Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational
measures designed to protect personal information. These measures may
include password hashing, secure token handling, access controls,
rate limiting, and standard transport and backend security practices.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
7) Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct,
update, delete, restrict, object to, or request portability of certain
personal information. You may also be able to withdraw consent where
processing is based on consent.
You may manage some information directly in the app by editing or
deleting timers, changing timer settings, deleting your account where
available, or discontinuing use of the Service. To submit a privacy

8) Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13, or any
higher minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We
do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you

that we can review the issue and take appropriate action.
9) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in
which you live. Where applicable, we take steps designed to ensure an
appropriate level of protection for personal information transferred
across borders in accordance with applicable law.

revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where
